It is direct application on RCC surface for a removal of roughness or undulation on wall and ceiling plaster. Used for built up of 15 mm in two coats specially formulated on RCC ceiling and wall without hacking. To be used by painter with regular hand tools.

Surface preparation and cleaning is as important as application. Surface should be cleaned and remove all dust, forcing materials, loose particles and free from voids holes and cracks. Oil and grease preventing of substrate is essential with maximum saturation of water but saturated surface dry (S.S.D) condition.

Take a bucket of water and add Sumeru Polymer Putty 102. It requires 13 to 15 Litre of water for a 40 kg bag. The mixer should be mixed using a low speed electric mixer (Approx. 300 to 400 RPM) for 3 mins or there aren’t any lumps in the mixture. After short time mix it again from top to bottom.
