All supporting surfaces shall be structurally sound, solid, stable, dry completely and cured well. They shall be clean and free of oil, dust, grease, paint, tar, wax, primers, sealers, curing agent, release agent or any deleterious substance and debris which may prevent or reduce adhesion. Repair all structural, fractionizing & perimeter joints present in the surfaces.
